C-me’s accreditation certification, e-Learning tool and workshop materials focus on leadership, teamwork, and high-performance behaviours. They offer practical training that supports ongoing improvement and adaptability in the workplace.

What are the similarities:

  1. Focus on behaviour: Both tools assess behavioural tendencies
  2. Both use preference indicators​ – i.e. we ask people to rate themselves and their own preference.
  3. Team Development – both aim to improve team performance by increasing understanding of individual contributions and interpersonal dynamics.
  4. Actionable Insights: Both provide practical recommendations to enhance collaboration and efficiency within teams.

What are the differences:

It’s simple really. C-me represent data more simply. Our tool is based around four colours that represent four categories of behaviours. We have colour coded behaviours to make it much simpler to remember and translate into any environment.

We present only two bar graphs, instead of multiple iterations of the data. You’ll notice within our wheel that colours are blended, without rigid divisions or numbers. We stripped off numbers, letters or strict categories to reflect that we are each a combination of all four colours. We don’t ask responders to remember numbers and their according categories. Instead, we simply encourage people to learn the four colours of the wheel and what they stand for.

We ask that users simply remember their top two preferred colours. A person’s profile is not stuck to one inflexible category. We do not box people in. We encourage flexibility and growth. This emphasises that none of us are one static category, we flex between colours depending on the circumstances we’re in. We also provide a simple C visual, that displays the colour order of a person’s preferences, as memorable icon to display and show others their colour preferences simply:

How is C-me different from other psychometric tools?

 Instead of assigning fixed types, C-me focuses on adaptable behaviours, showing how people adjust their approach in different situations for real-world impact. We have a comprehensive range of solutions for individuals, teams and organisations, including high performance reports, recruitment reports, 360 feedback reviews, facilitated workshops as well as accreditation training. You can choose from a wide selection of resources to support your L&D programmes or work with us to create a bespoke package that suits your needs. C-me integrates directly with Outlook and Microsoft Teams for a seamless experience that allows for implementation from day one.

How is your assessment validated?

C-me is grounded in Jungian theory and built on sound psychometric principles. The 15-question evaluator was developed and refined through rigorous testing. Crucially, C-me was validated in real team settings rather than abstract test groups, making the results more representative of actual workplace behaviour. How long does the C-me questionnaire take?

The online evaluator typically takes 10-12 minutes to complete and reports are generated instantly. The language used is jargon-free and designed to be easy to recall and act on straight away.

How quickly can we roll out C-me in our organisation?

We will work hard to fit to your timelines. The quickest option might be for you to bring in a qualified C-me consultant. Please see our Solution Partner Directory for our trusted partners. You can also choose to gain a qualification and get yourself and your team accredited to deliver C-me in your organisation -  we run accreditation courses every 4-6 weeks (taking place over two successive days). On completion of the course, you can roll out C-me immediately.

Can C-me work alongside tools we already use?

Yes. C-me's four-colour framework shares common roots with other colour-based profiling tools, so it is compatible with existing colour language in your organisation. The platform also integrates with Outlook and Microsoft Teams, making it straightforward to embed into your existing workflows.
