Established in 2024 and based in Bristol, it is our team who makes us who we are, and we are incredibly proud to have such a diverse and talented group of C-me practitioners that share our values and passion for supporting people to not only grow but thrive. Constantly expanding to meet the needs of our increasing client base, the Rhodes Training & Development team has been built on the ethos of ‘giving more.’ Partnering with our clients forms the foundation of what we do, with the sole intention of collectively making a tangible and real difference, primarily using C-me colour model of behaviour and personal profiles.
Services
RTD specialises in all aspects of communication and leadership, providing expert training and development to enhance skills, confidence, and effectiveness. We start by engaging directly with the key stakeholder/s to discuss their desired outcomes for staff development. These meetings allow us to gain an insight into their goals, performance gaps, and any specific requirements that need to be addressed. Using this information, we design a targeted training intervention that aligns with both organisational objectives and employee development needs. This process involves crafting a bespoke agenda that ensures all training elements are relevant, practical, and impactful. By focusing on real life applications and personalised learning experiences, we empower staff to enhance their skills, boost productivity, and contribute to overall business success. Our commitment to collaboration and customisation ensures that every development initiative is meaningful, results-driven, and aligned with the unique needs of the organisation.
Recent problems include: We collaborated with an unaligned and underperforming HR team; using colour profiling, RTD helped them recognise different behavioural styles and develop adaptive communication strategies to enhance every interaction. We worked with a group of librarians who were overwhelmed by the intense conflict they faced daily in their jobs. We emphasised that while we could not change the angry/rude customers, we would need to equipment them with strategies to manage, navigate, and cope with these challenging situations more effectively.
Experience with C-me
With over 9 years experience of working with C-me, running over 700 profiles, we have gained a deep understanding of the model. Over the years, we have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact it has on teams and organisations, helping turn teams in difficulty into high-performing units simply through the power of understanding colour profiling.
