With experience spanning over a quarter of a century in facilitating groups we are known for our ability to move a group towards a desired outcome. With extensive learning and knowledge in the fields of NLP, Behavioural Profiling, Coaching as well as being an accredited PinPoint Facilitator, our founder Paul McGowran is the perfect choice to facilitate your group. Having developed a reputation for his ability to take teams / groups that are in a state of conflict / low performance and move them towards high performance, Paul is able to shift the mindset of an entire team and re-focus their paradigm towards a collaborative dynamic.

Services

Essentially, we are facilitators that assist groups resolve their own challenges and improve performance. We bring extensive in-depth knowledge and experience of interpersonal and team dynamics to issues and focus on the action and behaviour that will lead to a positive outcome. When we're not facilitating groups we are involved in coaching and delivering accredited NLP trainings.

Experience with C-me

Paul first became accredited with C-me in 2019 and prior to that had been accredited to other profiling tools for more than 15 years. In total, Paul has been using profiling for more than 25 years. With experience across the Private, Public and Third sectors in virtual settings and in-person settings Paul has delivered C-me to groups ranging from Graduate Management trainees to C-Suite Executives.
