I am an ICF-accredited coach, group facilitator and C-me Colour Profiling practitioner with over 30 years of leadership experience, primarily in the education and charity sectors. I work with organisations to help their teams thrive — improving communication, deepening trust, and boosting performance through inclusive, practical, and empowering development experiences. I specialise in helping teams work together in a way that’s both healthy and high impact. Whether it’s resolving tension, clarifying roles, or strengthening collaborative processes, I design and deliver tailored workshops and coaching programmes that blend C-me insights with experiential learning, group facilitation, and behaviour change strategies. Clients describe my group workshops as fun, interactive, reflective, real-world applicable and safe. I combine deep listening and thoughtful challenge with tools that create lasting change.
