Emily Petty Consulting (trading as Lead Your Way), helps leaders and their teams break free from overwhelm, overwork and over-scheduling so that they can authentically lead thriving teams who aren't afraid to be kind and have courageous conversations.

Emily Petty trained as an Activator in 2019. She has used C-me as a tool with her 1-2-1 clients, in group coaching and in leading half-day and all day workshops with teams to help them improve communication and resilience.
