JBW works primarily in the education and charity sector and has experience working with a number of organisations that are serious about developing a coaching approach within their organisation. Using the C-Me resources and 15 years of coaching and facilitating experience, JBW's coaches are experts in bringing about change and development within individuals and teams.

Services

Leadership Development Programme - 4 group sessions and 1-1 coaching sessions: upskill and develop your team in their leadership by equipping them to have challenging and productive conversations, to feel more confident and effective in their leadership, overcoming imposter syndrome and other areas of self doubt. The C-Me resources will equip leaders to draw out strengths in their team and create a culture of effective communication and understanding.
