About Us

Eleanor Haswell established Get Sorted People in June 2011 following a successful 20 year career as a Senior Human Resources Practitioner and consultant. Her early career and experiences were primarily within large private sector companies including Heinz and United Biscuits. Within this time she has also held senior commercial positions, primarily in Marketing and therefore has a breadth of cross functional experience. During the last 15 years Eleanor has been extensively involved in both delivering all aspects of Human Resource Consultancy to clients across public and private sectors; as well as designing and delivering bespoke leadership development and training solutions to clients across public and private sectors. Eleanor is passionately committed to delivering solutions which absolutely meet the needs and objectives of each client and delegate/delegate group. She is reputed to successfully and quickly engage clients and delegates, using her personal and interactive approach to consultancy and training which enables delegates of all backgrounds and knowledge levels to optimise their learning opportunities; and client- specific objectives to be met.
