People are fascinating.  Given the right environment, support and levels of challenge, they absolutely thrive.  Working with a client, our combined job is to deliver these elements. There’s nothing more satisfying than finding where ‘better’ might lie within and around an organisation, putting the plans in place to make it happen and then celebrating the progress when it does. Nic's sports science degree provided a fundamental grasp of how the mind and body go through change to improve performance. An MA in Human Resources expanded this to an organisation and systemic perspective. As a result Nic’s approach integrates psychology and physiology, a humanistic and psycho-analytical coaching approach, and an organisation development ethos.

Culture Consultancy - analysing, diagnosing and resolving cultural tensions e.g. a travel and hospitality group needing to dramatically shift an old hierarchical culture towards one of accountability and trust as measured in part through eNPS and engagement.

Executive Coaching - working with senior leaders to support role transitions, develop capabilities, change behaviours and build careers e.g. working with a COO that has a desire to move to CEO. Facilitation and

Team Development - enabling effective planning, unifying groups and challenging ways of working e.g. a manufacturing Quality team that needed to substantially increase it's influence within a business in order to reduce defects and warranty costs.

Experience with C-me

Having worked with a number of Jungian-based personality tools for the last 25 years, C-me has provided a valuable addition that we have used to unlock the potential of several teams. The concept is highly user friendly and the tool and support are super agile.
