Beth O'Neill is the Director of Education at Cahla and has been C-me accredited since 2020. Beth has spent the last 5 years training leaders and teams to explore their resilient strengths and adapt their stye with C-me to strategize and communicate more effectively with each other and their wider organisation. C-me is included in every programme.
