About Us

Beth O'Neill Coaching is a coaching and training company developing coach-like leaders with coaching, communication, and facilitation skills. We run the Coaching Culture Programme for leadership and management teams as well as the Women in Leadership Programme supporting female leaders , HR professionals and entrepreneurs. Bespoke 1-1 coaching series, webinars and workshops are available on request. The coaching team are all trained in coach-specific education in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), offering the global gold stamp of approval in coaching.

Beth O’Neill PCC is the Director of Education at Beth O’Neill Coaching and has been C-me accredited since 2020. Beth has spent the last 5 years training leaders and teams to explore their resilient strengths and adapt their stye with C-me to strategize and communicate more effectively with each other and their wider organisation. C-me is included in every programme.
