About C-me

The founders of C-me spent years coaching and assessing teams in a variety of industries prior to founding C-me. They used what were considered at the time to be state-of-the-art tools, which were mostly focused on reading the tea leaves of personality traits. They discovered, however, that these tools were largely self-limiting and rarely produced truly meaningful results.

Soon after being struck by this realisation they left their positions and dedicated themselves to producing a better kind of assessment tool. One that would help businesses and organisations achieve their goal of high-performing teams with minimal muss and fuss. The result was C-me.
