What is the difference between C-me and Belbin?

Both C-me and Belbin are focused on behaviour rather than fixed personality types and both aim to help people work better together. Can C-me and Belbin be used together?

Does C‑me use fixed personality types?

Like Belbin,  C-me does not use fixed personality types or rigid style categories. Rather than slotting people into labelled types, it measures four colour energies as a unique personal blend, with no two profiles the same. The focus throughout is on behavioural preferences and how they adapt.

 

How long does the C-me questionnaire take?

The C-me questionnaire typically takes 7 to 10 minutes to complete. It is completed online and results can be interpreted and applied immediately in team and organisational settings.

How does C‑me accreditation work?

C-me accreditation is completed online across two consecutive half-days, preceded by a short pre-reading module. There is no ongoing annual licensing fee required to maintain access to the platform or resources after accreditation.

Is C‑me scientifically validated?
