Through interactive programmes, frameworks and analytics, we enable individuals, teams and organisations to build ‘muscle’ where they need it the most. Alongside C-Me™ behaviour profiling, we also use tools such as Lencioni's '5 dysfunctions of a Team' and 'Working Genius', Resilient Leaders Elements (RLE™), Lego Serious Play, Strengthscopes, Career Mapping and Positive Intelligence (PQ™).
Experience with C-me
At TLRdynamics Ltd we have been using C-me™ within our programmes since 2016. Initially, within our Flying Start XP programmes for young adults to support them in understanding that it was 'OK to be ME', a chance for them to fully understand their strengths and the different behaviour preferences and how ALL were needed in a team.
As TLRdynamics Ltd grew, we spent more of our time in the world of business where we brought C-me™ to teams, offering workshops in

- Managing change
Combing C-me™ into our leadership programmes, especially in the element of Awareness, has always helped build strong foundations and language from which to develop the leaders we work with.
C-me™ has also become an integral part of our FSXP book 'The Ultimate Guide to Kick Starting Your First Career', initially written to support young adults moving into their first career and now being bought by many looking to change career and wanting to know more about finding an environment in which they can thrive. C-me™ supports this knowledge and offers greater language and confidence for individuals to make the next step. C-me™ has been part of our language now for nearly 10 years.
