About Us

We Speak, Coach, Train and Consult. We focus on Soft Skills such as Leadership, Communication, Presentation, Diversity & Inclusion and Interculturality. We work with 30 Expert Associates – in four continents speaking 14 languages Moreover they are very diverse: Generational (45 years age range between associates) Support each of the top five religions, Multiple Genders, Sexuality, Races. Most have lived in more than one country. They know each other. They are hand-picked, they work as a team, they are respected experts and they are all outgoing! We have 15 years’ experience working with C-me and use it a lot in our training. One of the most important aspects of developing a diverse team is having a team where the members think differently. This is Cognitive Diversity. C-me Colour profiling is just one of the tools which helps develop this and is an important contributor in a world where, to some, diversity is just Gender, Sexuality, Age and Race.

We offer Fundamental Skills based around Key Specialisms Coaching and Mentoring ; Training and Development (from 2 hours to 5 days) ; Keynote Speaking, Talking and Writing ;Consulting and Facilitation Key Specialisms.

We work with five key specialisms Diversity, Inclusion, Interculturality Diversity: By understanding the issues of diversity and the pitfalls and benefits of inclusion you can learn to maximise the benefits of developing key relationships with others. Interculturality is about developing skills and behaviours enable you to integrate with any nationality to achieve success, Cognitive Profiling many organisations offer profiling tools, where you go on-line and select various preferences and lo & behold out comes a long report. So what? Psychosocial Adult Development – Whereas cognitive profiling can be seen as horizontal, adult development (Vertical Development and Spiral Dynamics) can be seen as vertical . By understanding yourself and recognising traits in others you can begin to develop skills to help you fulfil your potential.

Wellness at Work – If you are well, both mentally and physically you will achieve more. Being in the right job in the right place will increase satisfaction. We run coaching, individual on-line training and group workshops in Wellness, to help you gain better understanding of the problem areas you may have in your life and begin to alleviate stress, tension and anxiety so you can live life happier, with more freedom and peace of mind, and achieve your career goals.

15 years experience with C-me and it's predecessors, in several countries. Habitually use C-me principles and cards in most of relevant training sessions. Having experience of other assessment methods and tools we can place C-me in context.
