About Us

I specialise in coaching leaders and teams who impact children’s lives. My aim is to improve team performance, sense of purpose and impact so the best outcomes are reached for young people. I also have a specific interest in supporting leaders in transition — helping them navigate change with clarity and confidence so they can lead effectively and make a lasting difference. I focus on leaders working with children, because children deserve adults and leaders working and living from the best version of themselves. I do this as an accredited Executive Coach, with a background as a senior leader in education and as CEO of a charity working with children in schools. I offer 1:1 coaching, team communication training and reflective interactive leadership coaching walking journeys. In every bespoke training programme I develop, I weave into it the use of stillness and silence. This is because they lead to increased awareness of how we can be the best version of ourselves for the young people we work alongside, enabling children to thrive.

Services

I help clients unlock their potential to lead with purpose and create environments where both adults and children can thrive. I provide leadership and team coaching for individuals and organisations that work with or influence the lives of children and young people. I have a particular specialism in supporting leaders who are going through periods of transition, such as stepping into new roles, managing change, or navigating uncertainty. These transitional moments can be pivotal: with the right coaching support, leaders can develop greater clarity, confidence, and effectiveness, leading to more cohesive teams and stronger leadership.

Experience with C-me

I have worked for a charity in the past where as an SLT we embedded C-me across the organisation. I assisted and led C-me workshops. Since leaving the charity, I have delivered C-me workshops for schools and school leadership teams.
