About Us

I coach leaders and teams who impact children’s lives, helping leaders lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. With a background as a senior leader in education and CEO of a children’s charity, I understand the challenges and opportunities of leadership in this space.

I’m particularly passionate supporting leaders in transition, whether that’s stepping into new roles, navigating change or discerning their next career step, so they can lead with impact and authenticity. My approaches weave together executive coaching, reflective interactive leadership walks, team development, and the purposeful use of stillness and silence to deepen awareness and unlock potential. Because when adults thrive, children and young people do too.

I have used C-me across the education and not-for-profit sectors, supporting school leaders, senior teams, and organisations to better understand themselves and each other, using C-me as a foundation for stronger communication and collaboration.

By facilitating team workshops and leadership coaching, I help teams explore their dynamics, embrace diverse working styles, and work more effectively together toward a shared vision.
