How it Works
C-me profiling was developed with application in mind, so the initial process of determining your preferred way of doing things is quick and easy, but importantly usually very accurate.
Based on years of experience working with preference profiles C-me uses the colourful language of Red, Yellow, Green and Blue to bring the psychology to life and ensure it can be applied comfortably to everyday life.
Each participant is given an online link to complete a short evaluator that takes round 10 minutes to complete. And that’s it.
A report is generated and then we are on hand to give as much or as little support as needed. The report can be sent directly to the participant, to the team leader, or we can meet with you to discuss more in a coaching or workshop setting.
C-me is a flexible tool that can be adapted to suit your needs.
Current report options include:
• Core report
• High Performance report with additional sections focused on the behaviours linked with high performing teams
• Safety report – with sections on safety leadership strength and weaknesses
• Overview report - a shorter report often used in recruitment (bulk only)
We can also provide a dedicated microsite for organisations that want to re-enforce their own brand, and turn around report generation quickly. This sends the reports automatically to an email address of your choice.
